Which cities are you available in?+
We're in 30+ cities across the US and Canada — and we can also travel to you for at-home events. Enter your city in the form and we'll confirm availability in your area.
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as you like — even months ahead. We recommend at least 2–3 weeks for weekends, but if your date is sooner, still reach out and we'll do our best.
What affects the price?+
Group size, studio vs. at your place, and the date and time all play a role. Studio sessions start at $980 on weekends; other setups are custom-quoted.
How many people can join?+
Studio sessions host up to 20 guests — sometimes a few more depending on the studio. For at-home events we adapt to your space and group size.
How long is a session?+
Studio sessions on weekends run about 60 minutes. For custom events — weekdays or at your place — we can go as long as you'd like.
Can we bring food, drinks, or decorations?+
In most cases yes — it depends on the studio and a few other details. The best is to go over it with our team when we call you: they'll let you know what's possible and if anything comes with it.
Can we cancel or reschedule?+
Once a private event is booked and paid, it can't be cancelled — but you can reschedule once, up to 6 weeks out. Just let us know and we'll find a new date.
Are the puppies safe and well cared for?+
Yes. All puppies are vaccinated and vet-cleared, sessions are kept short with rest time, and a trained host supervises throughout so the pups stay happy and calm.
